1.Tuition fees are normally payable in advance or at the time of the lesson.
2.If you need to cancel or rearrange a lesson at least 48 hours notice is required for single lessons of up to 2 hours duration.
3.Longer lessons need a minimum of 4 days notice for cancellation.
4.Failure to give cancellation notice will result in a valid claim for an equivalent value in compensation.
5.Should you need to cancel, please do so by telephone.
6.I (your instructor) will do everything possible to ensure that your lessons start and finish on time, but reserve the right to cancel, postpone or change lesson lengths and times under certain circumstances (eg: dangerous weather conditions), any fees paid in advance will be carried forward.
